Offshore gas desulfurization

Background Overview:

As a kind of clean energy, natural gas has a wide range of application scenarios, and is an industry that China has focused on supporting the development of in recent years. However, the developed natural gas contains sulfur, which is easy to form acid rain when released into the air, corroding metals and polluting the environment. Therefore, natural gas needs to be desulfurized before use to make purified natural gas.

Natural gas offshore mining is one of the more commonly used collection methods, but the sea wind is strong, the sea wind erosion, the working space is limited, generally after the completion of mining, the natural gas is transferred to the land and then desulfurization treatment, not only time-consuming, complex operation, but also cause a lot of resources and energy loss.

Solution:

The desulfurization process is completed at sea, which can greatly improve the volume of gas transport and production efficiency. Polysilicon filtration

Polysilicon, a form of elemental silicon, is the most important and basic functional material for the semiconductor industry, electronic information industry and solar photovoltaic cell industry. In recent years, China's photovoltaic market demand continues to grow, the semiconductor field has made breakthroughs, polysilicon supply has reached a record high, and silicon materials are in short supply. Due to the requirements of polysilicon production process, silicon slag filtration needs to be carried out in a sealed state, otherwise it will seriously pollute the environment.

Solution:

Lithium material filtration

Lithium is the main raw material for the production of lithium batteries, two-thirds of the domestic lithium stored in salt lake brine, salt lake brine composition is complex, containing a large number of metal and non-metallic elements, especially magnesium, lithium and other similar physical and chemical properties, separation difficulties, become the technical bottleneck of large-scale development of lithium resources in salt lake brine.
