The use of pre-coating vacuum drum filter in waste cutting fluid solves the problem of waste cutting fluid pollution. It enables the factory to reduce the processing cost and use cost in the process of using cutting fluid.

1. We use special cellulose as a pre-coating layer to help absorb oil and impurities in the waste cutting fluid, making the cutting fluid clear and transparent.

2. The vacuum drum filter uses pre-coating filtration. During pre-coating, the pre-coating pressure is controlled so that the vacuum degree is not higher than -0.08MPa.

3. Keep the temperature of the vacuum pump water tank not too high. The temperature is below 50 degrees Celsius.

4. Keep the vacuum degree change small during filtration. Ensure that there are no cracks in the filter layer.

5. If the pre-coating pressure is too high, the filtration speed will be greatly reduced, affecting the output.

6. If the above items are met, qualified products can be filtered out.
